I will give the DMV in Sugarcreek five star rating I have been to every license bureau in Missouri and they are one of the fastest that I have seen. The ladies in there are very courteous and try to help you solve every situation possible keep up the good work.
The DMV is always a painful experience, but the ladies at Sugar Creek try to make your experience as pleasant as possible. The building has a small lot in front, and I believe there is more parking in the rear. Download the QLess app ahead of time to get in line before you arrive and avoid long waits. This location seems to have a lobby with plenty of seats, so you can be comfy while you wait.
Like that you can check in online. However the lady at the license window is the rudest lady ever!!! If you hate your job and can't provide gppd customer service quit!!
I gave this location 5 stars because of their helpfulness in a difficult situation. I came in from out of state and ran into difficulties with miscommunication between the State's Motor Vehicle Bureau and the local DMVs. The ladies at the office were very helpful, and even spent 20 minutes speaking with the State about my situation. It ended up that I had to return to the DMV with more documents, so the ladies gave me a "No Wait" pass. When I came back a few days later they let me jump straight to the front of the line and had me out the door in 10 minutes. Such great service!
Always fast and courteous. I will go out of my way to go to this office because they are so much better. They set the bar high and other license offices should strive to be this good. Thank you for a painless experience!
This location is often less busy than other licensing offices so there is usually a shorter wait time. However, the employees here are unprofessional and very rude. Go out of your way to avoid this office.
